I was very excited for this flight to Rottnest on my birthday. Booked in November for late January & in mid January the flight was cancelled for reasons that were completely understandable. However, 3 months later I have not received a refund and no response to emails.Update: "On Thu, 16 Jan 2025, 4:25 pm Bookings, wrote:Thank you for your email, your refund is in our system for processing.Best regards,Dean"Followed by nothing, could you please check your emails and system. I also assume zippay has tried to contact you after my email on the 18th April had no response.
Incredible! Well worth it! Smooth ride to and from the Island. Awesome views from above. Very respectful pilots (shout out to Josh and James). Also, shout out to Dean on the ground he made the introduction as smooth as possible.
What an absolutely phenomenal experience! We did a return flight to Rottnest Island with two small children and can not thank the team enough for an unforgettable time! Highly recommend!

Got the opportunity to fly on the sea plane from Rottnest to Perth and it was an amazing experience! Staff were all really friendly and we got to see incredible views over the island and city before coming in for a smooth landing on the swan river. Such a unique way of travelling and would 100% recommend!
Why mess around for 90 minutes on a boat when you can get there in minutes and see Rottnest island and Perth from a totally different perspective.Great fun, another adventure and would definitely recommend it to anyone.It's the way to do it!James and Angela were excellent pilots and hosts too.

Flight was great - some information up front about parking, how to get from the airfield to the settlement and return arrangements would've been good.We were offered a return flight (rather than ferry) but bad weather prevented this. I asked which ferry we would be catching and this was going to be confirmed but never was. Ferry crew expected us to have tickets via QR code like everyone else but we didn't. They let us on anyway. Getting back to our car from the ferry in a rain storm was an experience.
We’ve had THE most amazing day on our flight/long lunch on Rottnest! From when we arrived at the jetty in the morning and were greeted by a lovely man who handed us a glass of bubbly , until we landed back on the Swan River at the end of the day, we were looked after . The company is extremely professional as are their pilots and land crew. Our landings were exceptional. The whole experience was exhilarating to say the least! 😃
We went on the Taste of Margaret River tour and it was fabulous!Champagne on arrival before setting off on the Swan River in a seaplane.......so much fun!!! We took in the city views then hugged the coast down to Busselton. Out of the window we could see whales and their calves from this perfect vantage point.Our Chauffeur service from Busselton to the Margaret River wineries was quick and scenic taking in the gorgeous forest.The distillery and wineries were the perfect choices and the lunch was delicious, making this an unmissable trip.Thanks so much to the wonderful staff and crew who helped make this the perfect day. Thoroughly recommend!!

My partner and I shared the sip and scenic flight as a Sunday session surprise for her.The staff were super accommodating, friendly and everything went like clockwork.The flight itself is the best way to see Perth and down to Fremantle.You feel safe and excited.Can't wait for another flight to rottnest or down south one day!

Flew with Swan Valley Seaplanes to Rottnest and back today with my family. Was an amazing experience start to finish, the views are awesome, and the pilot and team were terriffic! View of Perth city on way home shown in the video. Highly recommended, we loved it😁
We took the seaplane from Rottness back to Perth and it was an incredibly amazing flight experience with really gorgeous & breathtaking scenic views throughout the 20mins journey. Even if you fear the heights, this is a must-do at least once in your lifetime 🫶🏻
What an experience! from leaving rottnest to flying into the swan river, the flight was really smooth and flew over all the popular landmarks. Swan river seaplanes made this flight very special for me and my partner, the jetty was the most picture perfect spot to pop the question after our flight, and she said yes!! I couldn’t recommend swan river seaplanes enough, thank you very much!! We will be back

Swan River Seaplanes is the most incredible experience! We did the day tour to Rottnest and a fabulous tour of the city, coast and Rottnest in both directions. The plane is much more substantial that I originally thought, and safety was the #1 priority. I highly recommend it for a really fun experience, and a very quick trip to Rottnest and back!
What a fabulous way to travel from Perth to Rottnest Island! Avoid the waves and get amazing views by flying instead of taking the ferry. It was a highlight of my trip.

Departing from the swan river with a scenic flight all the way down the cost to Busselton and then marking our way to Aravina winery with a wine tasting and a delicious lunch it was truly magical I love that swan river sea planes support some of the more intimate wineries as well such as windows estate.Such a great day.
Absolutely unreal experience!We were able to experience Margaret River after only a 45 minute scenic flight by seaplane from the Swan River.Amazing food, amazing drinks and fantastic friendly staff.After a day of wining and dining we landed back in the swan river feeling fresh and relaxed.Definitely recommend Swan River Seaplanes for an unforgettable experience!
