• All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
  • Passengers may be weighed at check in. 
  • Passengers must comply with all Government (Federal and State) requirements for entry into Western Australia or to access the Swan River Seaplanes services. Where the passenger does not so comply, and cancels or is unable to access our services, any and all monies paid will be forfeited. 
  • Weight restrictions mean we cannot take passengers over 120kg. Please allow for clothing when declaring your weight as you will be weighed in your current attire. Luggage allowance of 5kg per person is automatically added. Additional luggage can be carried for an additional cost. Extra luggage not required on your trip can be securely stored in our locked facility.
  • Infants (under 2 years of age) can be hosted. The combined weight of the infant and parent must be under 120kg. Please ask our staff for more information. 
  • Water landing and take-off in Thomson Bay is subject to favourable wind and water conditions. If arriving and departing Rottnest Island Airport, a shuttle fare for the accommodation shuttle can be provided free of charge.
  • It is common for Wadjemup / Rottnest Island to experience unfavourable winds which can restrict seaplane transfers. In the event of high wind above our seaplane takeoff and landing crosswind limit alternative transport from Wadjemup / Rottnest Island will be arranged and a partial refund will be offered. 
  • Due to limited tour spaces, all tour bookings must be paid for in full to secure booking. 
  • Ferry bookings made online are on request until confirmed by the supplier.
  • All flights and tours are subject to minimum passenger numbers. 
  • Baggage allowance for all flights is strictly 5kg per person. Luggage may be weighed at check in.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or change any tour due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refunds will apply to cancellations made outside of 60 days from departure date. 
  • A credit to the value of purchase will apply to cancellations made within 60 days and 48 hours from tour departure date. Credit is valid for 12 months from original departure date. 
  • No refund or credit note will apply to passengers cancelling within 48 hours of the tour departure time. 
  • We will be as flexible as possible in making timing/date amendments for your booking subject to availability.
  • In the event of a Force Majeure cancellation we will provide you with a credit note of an amount equal to the monies paid. The credit note can then be applied to the cost of a future tour with us. Time limits and other criteria and conditions may apply.
